We are a cat litter manufacturer based in Luohe, Henan, China, selling to importers, distributors and pet brands worldwide. When you submit our inquiry or quote form, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, country/market and your message. When you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to send. Like most websites, our server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: handling your business inquiry — replying, preparing quotes, arranging samples and following up on your order. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your request.
